What is the check-in and check-out timing?
Check in time is 14:00 hrs and check out time is 12:00 noon
What happens on late arrival at the hotel?
Our Front Desk working round the clock, after 14:00 hrs you can check in anytime.
Is breakfast included? Which kind of breakfast will be served?
Please choose breakfast option to avail the same, and will be served buffet.
Is the hotel equipped with facilities for disabled guests?
Yes, we have 2 Room equipped for people with a physical disability or mobility issue, including those in a wheelchair. The rooms are located close to the elevator, and offer disabled bathroom facilities enabling access for all, as well as other features within the room.
Is Wi-Fi Internet access available? Is it free?
Wi-Fi access is available throughout the hotel for hotel guests, meeting and conference guests, and guests dining in our restaurant.
Is parking available at the hotel? Is it free? Should it be reserved in advance?
Limited parking subject to availability. Free of cost.

We don’t have children area. We provide baby sitting service on chargeable basis

We don’t have alarm clock in the room and we do provide wake up call upon request.
Do you provide Tickets for the excursion?
We have Tour Desk at the hotel to assist and arrange excursion with charges.

We have 52 non smoking rooms
Do you provide extra bed to my child to stay with me in the room?
Babycot is free of charge for child below 3 years. We can accommodate child upto 12 years using existing bed. 12 years and above extra bed is applicable with charge.
What all the document required for check in?
All guests including children’s and infants valid original ID (Passport or Emirates ID) to be presented upon check-in, as its mandatory from local authority. Failure to present the valid original ID, Guest check-in will be denied and booking will be charged.
